Terms & Conditions

About Broadway Auto Transport

Broadway Auto Transport ("we," "our," "us") operates as a licensed auto transport brokerage/service provider in the United States. We arrange transportation between customers and authorized motor carriers. Unless otherwise stated, we do not own or operate carrier trucks.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on available market conditions. Pricing may change due to fuel prices, carrier availability, seasonality, or vehicle-specific requirements.

Quotes may be adjusted if the vehicle is oversized, modified, inoperable, located in a remote area, or requires expedited service. Customers will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.

Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to assign a driver. This deposit is collected by Broadway Auto Transport and becomes non-refundable once a carrier is assigned to your order.

The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver or carrier using the agreed payment method, such as cash, Zelle, CashApp, certified check, or other approved options. Credit card payments may include processing fees.

Cancellation Policy

If no driver has been assigned yet, you may cancel without penalty.

Once a carrier is assigned, your deposit becomes non-refundable. If you cancel after dispatch or fail to release the vehicle at pickup, additional fees or a dry-run fee may apply.

Vehicle Requirements

Customers must ensure the vehicle is free of illegal items and is accurately described. Unless previously agreed, the vehicle should be able to roll, steer, and brake.

If the vehicle is modified, oversized, heavily damaged, or inoperable and this was not disclosed, additional fees may apply or the carrier may refuse pickup.

Personal Items in the Vehicle

Federal regulations restrict the shipment of personal items inside vehicles being transported.

You may place up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk only. Items inside the vehicle are transported at your own risk and are not covered by carrier insurance. The driver may refuse transport if the vehicle contains excessive or prohibited items.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Various factors such as weather, traffic, federal driving regulations, and mechanical issues can affect timing.

If the carrier cannot access your address due to narrow streets, low clearances, HOA rules, or similar restrictions, pickup or delivery may occur at a nearby accessible location such as a parking area or open lot.

Insurance & Liability

All carriers working with us maintain active USDOT/MC authority and must carry liability and cargo insurance.

Carrier insurance typically covers:

  • Exterior vehicle damage caused during transport

Insurance does not cover:

  • Personal items
  • Mechanical issues
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Glass chips/cracks
  • Damage caused by weather or natural disasters

A vehicle condition report (Bill of Lading) is completed at pickup and delivery. Any new damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing. Failure to do so may void your ability to file a claim.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, make the vehicle accessible, ensure the vehicle is ready for transport, remove personal belongings, be available at pickup and delivery, and sign the Bill of Lading.

You also agree to pay all transportation and related fees.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attempt to disrupt our operations, or transport illegal materials inside your vehicle.

No Guarantees or Warranties

Broadway Auto Transport does not guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates, as all timelines are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee coverage for personal belongings inside the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadway Auto Transport is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost items, or mechanical issues.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the broker fee or deposit paid to Broadway Auto Transport.

SMS, Email, and Communication Consent

By submitting a quote request or booking with us, you consent to receiving calls, emails, and text messages regarding your shipment, including updates and promotional messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
